Forms enable team members to author pages in only a few simple steps without any HTML or programming knowledge. Using simple web-navigation skills, team members can author pages containing text with graphics, file attachments (of any type), slide shows, and links to web pages, and then select members for email notification when their page is published. Files can be dragged and dropped into the form. Forms can be customized or created using the custom forms feature which enables Managers to control the organization of information added to the workplace.
