Folders such as an Issue Tracking folder can be created in the format of a discussion forum. Members can begin a discussion by clicking on a message or document and creating a response. Their response will appear as a thread linked to the original message or document so that your team can easily track the progression of a discussion. Responses can contain text, graphics, web links and file attachments.
