User Management
Rooms provide you with a method to organize your workplace into sub-project workplaces. For example Ara Design has created a room for the Los Angeles Airport project, the Lincoln Center project, the Chicago Towers project and the Wave City project. Each room can have a new look and feel, a subset of the members of the workplace, and new folders and forms (including calendars and tasks). By limiting access to a room to only a sub-set of the team, a group can work without revealing their progress until they are finished. If a member is not added to a room, the member will not see the room in the workplace. Rooms can be added or renamed by managers at any time to match the team's organizational structure.
