Conference in real time by sharing your screen so that team members can view an application (Microsoft Office files, web browsers, etc.) or your entire desktop with you, or take over control of your desktop for you. ProjectLounge Support staff can use screen sharing to help you resolve any questions you have with regard to working with your workplace, saving the time that would have otherwise been spent exchanging screenshots or files back and forth. The screen sharing option will appear in your workplace if you select yes when prompted during sign up.
