Kim formed ProjectLounge in 2001 to meet a need for effective project management and collaboration in the construction industry. Kim brings a solid understanding of business requirements to her role as CEO, ensuring that developments are always focused on better business outcomes for clients. Since founding the company, Kim has developed the ProjectLounge offering to address the collaboration needs of all industry sectors and as a result has built a worldwide customer base.

A one time resident of Brisbane, Australia, Kim holds two Bachelors degrees, in Design Studies and Architecture.

Ian Connor, CTO

Ian joined ProjectLounge in 2005, bringing significant experience in developing collaboration software to the company.

Ian worked in the development team for Iris, the creators of Lotus Notes. Ian stayed with the team as Iris was absorbed into Lotus which later became part of IBM. During his Lotus IBM career, Ian worked on the development of the Notes Client, Domino Server, QuickPlace and Sametime, as well as Websphere Portal.

Ian earned a reputation for creative yet solid development and as a dedicated trouble-shooter, often being sent on client saving assignments to North America, Europe, South East Asia and Australia for Lotus IBM.

Ian holds two Bachelors degrees, in Physics and Law (LLB).

Hazel joined ProjectLounge in 2004 and is responsible for Business Development and setting up the European operation from London.

Having started her career in Information Technology as a computer operator Hazel has since planned, initiated and overseen multiple large IT projects and performed senior line management of IT services groups involving policy-making, strategy planning and the hiring and development of staff.

Hazel is responsible for client support at ProjectLounge.
