A project team in a construction company "SW, Inc." uses this WorkPlace to coordinate their project and share information across company firewalls with their client - while maintaining their data in a secure environment.

A design company, "Ara Design, Inc." uses this WorkPlace to coordinate several different projects at the same time with a different combination of team members working on each project. Rooms are used to create separate workspaces for each different project, each room is accessible only to the subset of team members working on that project.
